    allocating $ for studying Alvarado Canyon Realignment, From
    community redevelopoment money based on GSC plan

4) NCPI (Navajo Community Planners, Inc.): -
    Open seat for San Carlos.
    Pilch challenging Election - Pilch wants special meeting and
    vote of board.  He will not share the name of the
    city attorney he talked with

5) GSC Report

6)Treasurer's report and fundraising. $3,000 in account

7) Spring Fest: Recruit volnteers to man booth

8) Adjourn @8:00 PM
