Grantville Action Group Meeting this Thursday! August 5th, 2010 The Lawsuit and Fundraising The focus of this meeting will be the GAG lawsuit to block the transfer of over $31 million of our tax dollars to downtown projects and the status of our fundraising efforts. If you recall, our immediate goal is $10,000. Last month was good for fundraising. At the meeting we will let you know how well we did. But remember, the effort continues, so continue to contribute at www.GrantvilleActionGroup.com or by dropping off a check at GAG HQ. GAG attorney Craig Sherman is in the process of crafting the legal arguments that will win the day for us. Our day in court is scheduled for October 29th. Freedom Watch We have the opportunity to put the whole Grantville fiasco on national TV. Judge Andrew Napolitano hosts Freedom Watch on Fox Business Channel. If we get enough votes, they will do a story about us.
