| Monitor and enforce laws, rules, regulation, plans related to civic activities which affect development and quality of life issues in the community of Grantville, and as those issues may affect the City and the County of San Diego as a whole, through public participation in government decision making and policy, community outreach, empowerment and organizing, education, and application and enforcement of local, state and federal laws. |
